Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of a scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund of the intake or session deposit. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee.If the provider must cancel an appointment for any reason, all fees paid will be refunded promptly in full. In such cases, the intake or session deposit will be waived for the rescheduled appointment.Same-Day Cancellations — Initial Consultations
For first-time clients scheduling same-day consultations, timely communication is essential. If you need to cancel, please notify as soon as possible.If the appointment is canceled without rescheduling, the deposit is retained as a late-cancellation fee.If the appointment is rescheduled to a later date and time, the deposit may be applied as a rescheduling fee at the provider’s discretion.Same-Day Cancellations — Established Clients
Established clients who schedule same-day appointments are asked to notify as early as possible if cancellation is required.
